What areas do you deliver sporting event equipment to?
We deliver across Greater Brisbane, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Northern NSW; however, we do also travel to Rockhampton and beyond. If your event is outside those areas, please contact the team to check availability and delivery options for your venue.
Can I arrange delivery and installation for my event equipment?
Yes, delivery and installation are available, with charges based on distance and the scale of your order. Delivery windows can be arranged to suit setup times, and for events on weekends, we can deliver beforehand and collect afterwards.
How long can I hire the equipment for?
Standard hire periods are set to cover most event needs, typically up to 4 days. If you require equipment for a longer period, extended hire options can be arranged with our team to fit your event schedule.
What happens if the equipment is damaged or not returned?
Hire bookings include a maintenance and handling fee that covers general cleaning and light wear. If equipment is returned damaged beyond repair or not returned at all, the full replacement cost or repair cost will be invoiced and needs to be paid within seven days.
