Brisbane
Our Coopers Plains public depot supports event hire throughout Brisbane and surrounding areas. Queensland Hire has supported University of Queensland graduations and Open Days with multiple 35m F-Series structures, extensive decking, access solutions, internal fit-out and smaller faculty marquees. Through Event Rentals, part of the Queensland Hire group, recurring Brisbane projects also include major events at the RNA Showgrounds and more than two decades supporting the Paniyiri Greek Festival at Musgrave Park.
Sunshine Coast
Temporary structures and event equipment for festivals, weddings, sporting events, community celebrations and commercial projects across the Sunshine Coast. Proven regional experience includes two 20m x 50m function spaces and a satellite kitchen for a 1,200-person event at Palmer Coolum, where Queensland Hire managed design, construction and certification, plus an engineered 20m x 25m F-Series structure installed above the Crocoseum pit at Australia Zoo to protect three weeks of works from rain and sun.

Delivery, installation and event planning
Delivery and professional event installation are available seven days by arrangement. Our experienced team can assist with equipment recommendations, schedules, site and floor plans, venue communication, safety documentation and on-site logistics for complex events.
Safety and event readiness are built into the delivery process. Depending on project scope and site requirements, planning may include certified structures, RPEQ-supported engineering, site-specific WHS documentation, SWMS and risk assessments, documented wind and weather procedures, access and egress planning, and pre-handover checks covering structures, flooring, furniture and critical infrastructure.
